Our role
We curate and arrange experiences and tours, working with verified local hosts and partners. Enquiries and 'requests to book' are invitations to plan — a booking is confirmed only once we issue a written confirmation.
Quotes & pricing
Prices shown are starting prices ('from') and may vary based on dates, group size, accommodation level and availability. Your confirmed quote sets out the final price and what is included.
Bookings & payments
Confirmed bookings may require a deposit, with the balance due before travel. Specific payment and cancellation terms are provided with your quote and confirmation.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and amendment terms vary by experience, tour and supplier and will be clearly communicated before you book. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Responsibilities & liability
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, insurance and any required vaccinations. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services booked.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
